  • Gas Analyzers

    PCE Instruments

Here you will find gas analyzers that meet industry standards relating to personal safety and that are mainly used to detect and measure levels of methane, hydrogen sulphide, carbon monoxide, oxygen and 50 other gases. The auto-calibration function allows for easy calibration. Some of them also possess the ability to store values and can later transfer data to a computer. One accessory is the manual aspirator, with this device, you can draw gas directly into the analyzer via a 2 m long tube with which you will be able to measure gas levels without having to be in direct contact to the gas source or to be able to determine the levels of gas in places that are difficult to access.

  • Mobile Application Performance Testing

    iTrinegy Inc

The increasing demand to access applications and data via mobile devices continues unabated. Smartphones and more recently tablet computers such as the Apple iPad, Samsang Galaxy and Amazon Kindle Fire are, for many people, becoming the preferred method of not only checking personal email, conducting online shopping/banking and viewing TV & other media but also for connecting up to their work IT infrastructure and accessing business applications. The use of mobile devices is also expanding rapidly in sectors such as healthcare, the military and emergency services as well as fulfilling the need to provide more traditional field-based individuals as such external sales teams with the latest information through SaaS offerings such as Salesforce Mobile etc.

  • Drop Testing

    National Technical Systems

During installation, transport or repair, many products have a risk of being dropped. While handlers receive training to treat these items with care, mishaps happen to even the most experienced professionals. Drop testing ensures the product stays in its original condition from manufacturing to implementation. In addition to ensuring that products survive their journey from point A to point B, many products are at risk for being dropped or jarred throughout their lifetime. These products include handheld devices and tools, lab equipment, personal computers, field measuring equipment, construction tools, etc. In such cases, drop testing may be required to ensure that expensive tools or equipment are capable of surviving the perils of expected use and abuse.

  • Wi-Fi Testing

    National Technical Systems

NTS has been testing wireless home networking devices (typically referenced as “Wi-Fi” devices) almost since their introduction. Since 1999, NTS has been perform testing of wireless LAN products based on the IEEE-802.11 standard (e.g., 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n, and even the latest drafts of 802.11ac and 802.11ad). Wi-Fi products are typically designed to allow you to connect your personal computer to a wireless network typically connected to the Internet. Wi-Fi “hot-spots” are available in locations across the country (e.g., coffee shops, hotels, etc.), and have become common-place. However, Wi-Fi is expanding into other areas, including healthcare and smart energy (e.g., connecting your smart device to the internet to track energy usage, etc.).

  • Laboratory EM current meter / water level and wave height meter

    JFE Advantech Co., Ltd.

ACM2-RS and ACM3-RS are 2-D and 3-D electro-magnetic current meters for laboratory experiments. The models provide digital output, a high-speed sampling rate and insusceptibility to electro-magnetic noise. ACH-600RS is a highly sensitive capacitance water level meters. With the new system, a maximum of four different sensors can be connected to the compact interface unit, enabling simultaneous recording on a personal computer. Additionally, the system can provide analog output as well as necessary. While conventional water level and wave height meters cannot be used near velocity sensors, our instrument can be as near as 5 cm without increasing noise, due to its special isolated circuit. The result is an innovative system that is capable of achieving highly accurate data.

  • Radius Radiation Probe

    Hawk Radius® - International Medcom

The Hawk® Radius is a ruggedized solution for monitoring both ambient and elevated levels of ionizing radiation. Like a Hawk with its remarkable vision, the Hawk Radius Probe “sees” things that other probes cannot. The high sensitivity weatherized pancake sensor can provide early warning of changing ambient radiation conditions, while the energy compensated detector can accurately report penetrating gamma radiation dose rate at elevated levels. Radius probes are typically deployed as part of an environmental radiation monitoring program, or for safety and security systems. In its standard configuration the probe detects beta, low energy gamma and x-radiation with one channel and energy compensated penetrating gamma radiation levels with a second channel. It can be configured to detect alpha radiation as well. The Hawk® Radius has been deployed worldwide in demanding conditions for protecting communities and collecting environmental radiation data. It can be deployed easily and requires minimum maintenance. The Radius is compatible with Medcomʻs GeigerLink adapter and the IMI Gateway App for use with personal computers. It can also be used with most data loggers including popular Campbell Scientific models.
